'Jeff the Chef' started cooking 30 years ago. Jeff described cooking as therapy. Cooking provided him the time to focus and solve problems in his professional career in Information Technology. Those sessions grew into a hobby. Sunday dinners at the Gales’ household grew from the immediate family to a weekly event with several friends coming to visit. As the word began to travel about Jeff’s skills, this hobby evolved into an aspiring business. Jeff the Chef said that his culinary expertise is in BBQ. But over the years, Jeff has mastered other cuisines and specialties. Jeff’s passion for cooking has been the prescription of good health for him and all that have tasted his food.
T & J's Catering Services is family-owned and operated right here in Fort Worth, TX. Other companies may offer similar services, but our services are the best, and come with a personal touch.
